So surprised by such a larger number of people reading the blog. Just installed visitor count at 10:00 PM, in just one hour, the blog web site already got 150 hits. It clearly shows that everyone cares about our school and eager to know the result of yesterday's teacher's board meeting. of cause, Kudos to some of the posting below.
So, thanks to everyone who sacrificed their time and make tremendous contribution to the site. Like everyone else, We really enjoy reading those article.

So funny. I am struggling to vote you or L.Chen as the brilliantest in NWCS. We will be sorry if Zhou Lin is fired today. Let her keeps us entertained. At least we should give her a kudo just for that.
Top 10 list why I am afraid of firing Zhou Lin
#10: No one can manage our financial statement without Board’s and PTA’s supervising
#9: Lake Washington Technical College will increase our rent rate so we will end up paying more.
#8: Summer program will be suffered and we can not recruit qualified site managers.
#7: We will pay even more to a new Principal since we all know Seattle is short of qualified principal.#6: We do not have the representative at Governor’s dinner party
#5: 22 parents so call PTA representatives will start fighting amount themselves.

How about this opening statement:
会前有两位家长欲意旁听会议，有些教师有争议。该两位家长坦然离去。但，校长带着副校长未被邀请而到会，引起激烈争议。5名董事会成员劝校长们离开，校长开始拒绝，后迫于压力，答应讨论到关于对校长的意见的时候离开。然而两校长背信弃义始终未离会场。编者按：教师不止一次要求只是教师和董事会的交流。由于校长们在场，所以会议一开始就阴云密布。值得指出，两位校长不仅是不请而来，而且是有备而来。且始终赖着不走。两位婆婆后排座，众小媳妇闭口舌。我乃小媳妇之一也。

All we need for a principal is someone that loves the job and has a spirit to volunteer. From what I heard/read, Zhou does not have either. I am not here to say that she's morally incapable. Everyone has to make a living but NWCS is not a place to make a living. To be honest, all conflicts boil down to money and power - money first and then power.
L Chen, our legal consultant, provide some glimpse on the legal side opinion:

From l Chen's email one of the board director is Zhoulin's husband's friend. Does anyone know who he/she is?

Here is an email from one of my class, it really touchs me. There are a lots of needs to be meet in this community. If we don't spand so much money on the school manage team, then we could start a scholarship fund for needed families. Could you put on the front, Mr. Wang.
"I would like say something to the people in the board,why we need pay the high salary to Principal, why wecan't do like other Chinese in North American, everybody in the school is volunteer, and use tuition feefor our kids, or low the tuition fee more affordablefor our society, I know some family have more kidsthey can't afford all the kids go to school, thatshame of our society! I have heard that Zhoulin is one of the candidate for next principle term. What a joke. Are the board just kidding us?
Someone is not telling the truth. Has the board be lying that Zhoulin refused them about the financial stuff? Or zhoulin was lying that she was the one who sent out that stupid email? someone help me.
谁不知道李政是周琳先生在清华的同学啊！而且是十几年的铁杆朋友。
据我所知，周林的先生是北航85级的，李正是他的大学同学。这显然是周林的先生幕后策划的，目的显然就是为了控制董事会。
你说胡志华也是，指使校长乱发信也就算了，似乎也还没有什么人追究过他。可是还不悔改。当了董事做事也不说像个懂事的样子，大公无私一点，周琳都破罐子破摔了，他还死保周琳，什么意思吗？这不是自己给自己找难堪吗？！周林到底好在哪里说出来，放到桌面上让大家也都学习学习多好。
陈明也真令人可怜。那么好的一个人，怎么找了这么个老婆啊，蛮横无理当众撒泼都成了习惯，哪想受过教育的。许多人都这么说。而且，她还护着周林，不知道为什么。
就是啊，老陈，我是说陈明，这几天该多上火啊。朋友一场，周六见了面大家可都要好好安慰他哦。
Chen Ming and his wife Pan Hong Ye are great couple. Can you name someone volunteer more than they do? Same as Liu Jin Hao couple, you always see them there while you and me went shopping. They must have a reason why they support Zhou Lin so much. I wish people support Zhou speak out openly, telling us what they think. The 22 parents are all tremendously involved in school's volunteering. They are the people we should respect. They have been working with Zhou Lin for a long time, so naturely I think they would bond more. They have seen the bright side of Zhou Lin, so as our vice pricipal. Please understand them and not to make fun of them, unless you volunteered as much as they do.
After Zhou Lin step down, I wish the 22 parents still serve our community as they used to be.

You are right, the 22 parents did lots of work, but a lots of parents also did it, who know them? for little kid's class, always have parents sit in class to help teacher? who know them? can anyone explain what does volunteer mean?
Agree. 22 members have done a lot to this community. Even last week, many of them are doing Visa work. Hats off to them. It is just that they should not be the decision maker just like other volunteers. Board / Princial should make the decision. Or the entire parents votes can make altimate decision.
22位家长如果知道周琳有什么丰功伟绩，请站出来告诉大家，这对周也比较公道，省得如今落个万夫所指的地步。
你们说的都对。学校是大家的，我们都应该关心。许多家长做了很多工作，当然22个家长是不用说了。可是董事会，我说的是9个董事全体，是我们公认的学校的代言人，保护神。 如果大家对董事不满，可以提意见，甚至在选下来。家长可以给董事会提议，但不能和董事们一起做决议，要不然人人都这么做这个学校不就乱了吗？任何董事也不可以把没有成最后决议的讨论议题对外透露，这样就会误导外面的人。 大家都应该心平气和地讨论当前学校的问题，不要把自己的面子放在学校的利益前面。
我一直纳闷，周林自己都承认账目不对，怎么就查不出呢？nancy 和周林对一下账目不就解决了吗？老是不交账也不是办法啊。当然她这么做一定有她的苦衷。可是有什么不能说出来的呢？你的工资是董事给的，奖金也是董事会批的，还有什么怕人的呢？别忘了这是大家的学校。有事情应该大家一起齐心协力共同解决， 人多力量大。实在算不过账也不用不好意思，这么大的学校一定有会算的。不行的话我们还有那么多的数学冠军呢。总之事情早点弄清楚对大家都好。一个人或者几个人扛着多累啊，而且大家也不领情。
